Green Mango Salad with Fermented Fish Paste
Ingredients
- 🟢 Green mango – 5 pieces
- 🟢 Fermented fish paste – 1 tablespoon (grilled)
- 🟢 Dried shrimp – 1 tablespoon
- 🟢 Green chili – to taste (chopped)
- 🟢 Garlic – 2 cloves
- 🟢 Salt – to taste

Instructions
- Wash the green mangoes, cut in half, remove seeds, then soak in salt briefly. Rinse again and thinly slice.
- Wash the dried shrimp and pound it finely in a mortar.
- Once pounded, add peeled garlic and chopped green chilies, and continue pounding.
- Next, add the thinly sliced mango, grilled fermented fish paste, and salt. Pound and mix everything thoroughly.
- Taste and adjust with more salt if needed. Now your sour, spicy, and savory green mango salad is ready to enjoy with rice.
