Ingredients

  • 🟢 Green mango – 5 pieces
  • 🟢 Fermented fish paste – 1 tablespoon (grilled)
  • 🟢 Dried shrimp – 1 tablespoon
  • 🟢 Green chili – to taste (chopped)
  • 🟢 Garlic – 2 cloves
  • 🟢 Salt – to taste

Instructions

  1. Wash the green mangoes, cut in half, remove seeds, then soak in salt briefly. Rinse again and thinly slice.
  2. Wash the dried shrimp and pound it finely in a mortar.
  3. Once pounded, add peeled garlic and chopped green chilies, and continue pounding.
  4. Next, add the thinly sliced mango, grilled fermented fish paste, and salt. Pound and mix everything thoroughly.
  5. Taste and adjust with more salt if needed. Now your sour, spicy, and savory green mango salad is ready to enjoy with rice.
