🍮 How to make colorful jelly and agar-agar

 

   

✅ Required Ingredients

   

     
• Colorful Jelly – 1 packet (assorted jelly packets available in the market)
     
• Agar-agar powder (Telephone brand) – 1 packet (25 grams)
     
• Sugar – 200 grams (can be adjusted to taste)
     
• Water – 1 liter
   

 

 

   

🧑🍳 Method

   

Step (1): Preparing the Jelly

   

     
• Using scissors, cut the colorful jelly into square blocks or your preferred shape.
     
• Arrange and place them in the tray where the agar-agar will be set.
   

   

Step (2): Making the Agar-agar Liquid

   

     
• In a pot, heat 1 liter of water.
     
• When the water is hot, add one 25-gram packet of agar-agar powder. Cook it like you would a normal agar-agar.
     
• Add sugar to your desired sweetness.
     
• Then, turn off the heat and pour it into the prepared jelly tray.
     
• You can slice it and decorate it as you wish, or serve it to your children.
