1
Cooking the Filling
- Heat oil in a wok or pan.

Rolling the Spring Rolls
- Once the filling has cooled, place a portion on a spring roll wrapper.
- Begin rolling the wrapper tightly. Use egg wash or glue mixture to seal the edge.
- Repeat the process until all the filling is used.
3
Frying the Rolls
- Heat a generous amount of oil in a pan.
- Once hot, reduce heat to medium or low.
- Add spring rolls one by one and fry slowly.
- Flip to ensure both sides turn golden brown and crispy.
- Drain excess oil and serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
Note:
Using very high heat may over-crisp the outside while leaving the inside undercooked.
